and i think i'm boring, so if you're bored and you want to laugh at other boring people, welcome. but you don't necessarily have to tell me i'm boring though, *glances at tagboard*. sooooo, let's have a little talk about me.

The story of Tao Kae Noi, the seaweed.

Once upon a long long long long long long long long long time ago, Tao Kae Noi the seaweed was born. But unfortunately, his mother, a spore, disappeared immediately after his birth. And as far as he could remember, he never had a father. So poor baby Tao Kae Noi had been on his own ever since the second he was born. Seaweeds might think that to even give birth to him was a huge mistake, but apparently it was not.

So he grew up among other orphaned seaweeds, in an orphanage known to the huge world of seaweeds as The Seaweed Orphanage. But alas, just about one month after Tao Kae Noi was admitted there, the algae missionaries from the Algae Dynasty came and took over the whole of Seaweed Dynasty. At that time, it was the Great Wave period, more commonly known to us humans as the sinking of the great ship Titanic. Waves upon waves fell upon the Seaweed Empire and swept away all their accumulated treasures and riches. Shortly after the algae missionaries invaded the Seaweed Empire, the infamous Algae Hitler bestowed a visit upon the Empire's vast lands. In doing so, he broke the peace agreement between the two dynasties and a gargantuan war broke out.

As i mentioned earlier, all of the Seaweed Dynasty's treasures, riches and wealth were all swept away, thus they had no resources for their army to use to fight back. In the end, Algae Hitler succeeded in conquering the Seaweed Empire, and the Seaweed Dynasty was no more.

So getting back to Tao Kae Noi, roughly one hour after the Seaweed Emperor surrendered to Algae Hitler, a crowd of Homo Sapiens rushed into the newly acquired lands of the Algae Empire. In a giant massacre, they killed all of the algae missionaries, as well as the evil Algae Hitler. But in doing so, they abducted the whole population of seaweeds, including the formidable Seaweed Emperor. He was no match at all, compared to them.

The alienated Homo Sapiens brought back the natives of the Seaweed Empire to their homeland, where more aliens roamed around. The seaweeds were then revealed to their fate. They were appalled. But they couldn't fight back, they were away from homeground. They were isolated in a foreign empire and they had no other allies other than the recently massacred Algae Empire. Thus, they had no choice but to resign themselves to their horrible fate.

The process which the seaweeds had to endure was called the Suntan. They were laid out on giant trays and put out under the giant ball of fire for days and days on end. Finally, all the seaweeds could not take it anymore, and one by one gave up their essence of life. The seaweeds died out, and soon, only Tao Kae Noi was left behind. Somehow or another, the Suntan did not affect him one bit. He actually enjoyed it. Under the consistent heat of the sun, Tao Kae Noi soon became crisp, and no longer the smooth, wavy and flowy being he once was.

The humans then collected him and his comrades. They threw out his comrades and burned them. Tao Kae Noi was devastated. But he ws packaged, unlike his fellow seaweeds, and sent to a warehouse. Desperate, Tao Kae Noi struggled and struggled and struggled. Finally, his efforts paid off. He escaped.
